Our company has been operating on the market of bakery products for over a hundred years. Our main interest centres on the process of making doughs for all types of bakery products. Our objective is to facilitate the work of a dough-maker, in particular as regards conducting fermentation processes in compliance with traditional techniques.     of parts, assemblies and composite elemets by means of the Finite Element Method, modelling linear and non-linear systems (surface contact, plasticity). Our company runs FEM PTC CREO SIMULATE 3.0 software.
