Yeast milk derived in the BIO-FM-DeMini yeast fermentation tank can improve the quality of baked products. The baked products shall have more homogeneous crumb and less tendency to crack during baking.
- Yeast milk preparation time: from 4 to 5 hours;
- Yeast milk storage time: 72 hours (upon cooling to approx. 12°C);
- Target savings: If 30 kg of yeast is consumed per day, savings can be made on 300 kg of yeast per month.
