Yeast fermentation tank with a capacity of 30 litres An ideal solution to improve cost-efficiency in bakeries as well as to bring the quality of their products to a higher level. The device presented here is designed for use in plants that consume up to 30 kg of yeast daily:

  • pastry joints;
  • pizza joints;
  • bakeries with a low consumption of yeast;
  • various catering joints.

Yeast milk derived in the BIO-FM-DeMini yeast fermentation tank can improve the quality of baked products. The baked products shall have more homogeneous crumb and less tendency to crack during baking.
Important information

  • Yeast milk preparation time: from 4 to 5 hours;
  • Yeast milk storage time: 72 hours (upon cooling to approx. 12°C);
  • Target savings: If 30 kg of yeast is consumed per day, savings can be made on 300 kg of yeast per month.
